About Me

They say you can't live life full on an empty stomach and I will forever stand by this. Hi I'm Kate. A retired corporate gal who gave up her big girl job in the city to cook food on a boat in the Caribbean. I thought I would share my work on here for those that are interested. Drop me a message if you want to chat.
Cheers,
