Best Ever Chocolate Tart

Best Ever Chocolate Tart

Most chefs will tell you that their least favourite question is “What’s your favourite thing to cook?”. After getting this question on repeat every week, and always giving a different answer in a state of panic, I thought long and hard about what my favourite thing to make actually is, and this chocolate tart came to mind. It’s accidentally gluten free but honestly my most popular dessert I make, and I make it every week. It’s super easy, foolproof and utterly delicious.
